Who we are
PRANU Facility Services provides professional cleaning services to residential, commercial, and industrial clients across Greater Sydney and New South Wales.
Quotes and bookings
Quotes are obligation free and based on the information you provide. Pricing may be updated after site inspection or if the scope changes. Bookings are confirmed once you receive written or electronic confirmation from us.
Access and site conditions
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the premises at the agreed time. If our team cannot access the site or if unsafe conditions exist we may cancel or reschedule and a call out or cancellation fee may apply.
Scope changes and additional work
If you request extra services or if conditions differ from the agreed scope we will let you know any change in price or time before proceeding.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Please give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or change an appointment. Changes with less than 24 hours notice may incur a fee to cover scheduling and travel costs. If we need to postpone due to illness, safety, or weather we will offer the next available time.
Payment terms,
Payment is due as set out on your invoice or service agreement. We accept EFT and other approved payment methods. Late payments may attract a late fee or suspension of service until the account is settled.
Quality guarantee
We want you to be happy with the result. If something is not right please contact us within 24 hours of completion with details and photos where possible. We will review and if the concern is valid we will return to address the area promptly.
Health, safety, and valuables
Our team follows safe work practices and uses suitable products for each surface. Please secure fragile or valuable items before the visit. We are not responsible for pre existing damage, normal wear and tear, or deterioration due to age or prior cleaning by others.
Supplies and equipment
We provide our own equipment and cleaning agents unless otherwise agreed. If you ask us to use products you supply we cannot guarantee the outcome and you accept the risks related to those products.
Allergies and sensitive environments
Tell us in advance about allergies, sensitivities, or special site rules so we can plan suitable products and methods.
Website use
All content on our website including text, images, logos, and graphics is owned or licensed by PRANU Facility Services. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission. You must not use the site for unlawful activity or attempt to interfere with the website or its security.
Privacy and marketing
We handle personal information in line with our Privacy Policy. When you submit a form or request a quote you may receive service updates and relevant marketing emails. Insurance and liability
We maintain appropriate public liability insurance. To the maximum extent permitted by law we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for the service that gave rise to the claim or to the extent required by law.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control including severe weather, utility outages, accidents, or public health orders.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
